Service Advisor at Möller Bil Uppsala

We are now looking for a new employee at Möller Bil Uppsala. Do you enjoy working with service and delivering high quality? Then you might be the one we are looking for!

As a service advisor, you will have daily contact with internal functions and primarily communicate with our salespeople. You will guide in technical questions, book appointments, and prepare cost estimates. You will handle phone calls, warranty issues, administration for our tire hotel, and invoicing. The role involves a lot of independent work and you will also help plan the daily production in our internal workshop.

Qualifications

• Driver's license B for manual transmission vehicles
• High school education
• Previous experience in service work
• Computer and system proficiency as well as good administrative skills
• Good ability to express yourself in Swedish and English, both spoken and written

More about the position

The position is a permanent full-time employment and we apply a six-month probationary period.
